Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supply procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial reporting with precision.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules for senior staff.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work culture.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health/safety standards, and company protocols.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure filing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize operational workflows.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
