Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal resource utilization.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance, security, and workspace optimization.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to headquarters, highlighting operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HR processes, compliance requirements, and vendor management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
