Responsibility

  • Manage daily asset transfers and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and process BAST (Handing Over Certificate) documents for all asset transactions.
  • Generate and maintain monthly usage reports for office and project assets.
  • Monitor and track asset utilization to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to fulfill operational asset requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify asset inventory and condition.
  • Assist in the procurement process for new office and project assets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in asset management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, asset management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
