Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
- Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Provide accounting support by assisting with invoices, expense reports, and financial records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract preparation and orientation.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records with confidentiality and precision.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/payroll software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
