Join Traveloka as an Office Facility Management Analyst and take ownership of facilities operations across our dynamic sites in Bali. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, IT, Procurement) to address facility-related needs and improvements.
- Monitor and optimize space utilization, workplace ergonomics, and office layouts for productivity.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement for facility services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead sustainability initiatives (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction) to align with corporate ESG goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office facility management, corporate real estate, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, vendor management, and workplace safety standards.
- Proficient in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., building codes, fire safety) in Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, IFMA) is advantageous.
