Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise between on-site teams and the office to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Review and verify engineering calculations, designs, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor to support financial reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the implementation of quality control and safety protocols on all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction, shipbuilding, or a similar engineering environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel for project planning and analysis.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
