Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for international clients.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Handle data entry, database updates, and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media and other digital platforms.
- Assist in project coordination and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and basic accounting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a night shift schedule.
