Responsibility
- Handle and process backend paperwork related to insurance policies and claims.
- Manage email correspondence with clients, agents, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents for audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to backend processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or backend support role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
