Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and warehouse areas, including common spaces, meeting rooms, and storage areas.
- Assist with the distribution and organization of office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and accessible.
- Support warehouse operations by helping with basic logistical tasks, such as moving items, labeling, and organizing stock.
- Perform errands, including document delivery, mail distribution, and purchasing minor office or warehouse supplies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and preparing materials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the office or warehouse to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum junior high school education (SMP) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing items (up to 20 kg).
- Basic understanding of office and warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime if needed.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
