Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and conducive to productivity for all team members.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documents, and correspondence.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team player.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or HR tasks is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
