Responsibility
- Manage and organize office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) professionally and promptly.
- Maintain office equipment, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors for repairs or replacements.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and basic financial administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in office management.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in office administration, secretarial work, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or HR processes is a plus.
