Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an office administration, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
