Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) to align with organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Analyze data trends and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with Odoo updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specializing in Odoo ERP.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Odoo solutions in a business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
- Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
