Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and KPIs.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Automate data processes and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management through clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, industry trends, and best practices in data visualization.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
