Responsibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional challenges.
- Assess patients' needs and progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices to enhance daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and family members to facilitate continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices and integrate new techniques into patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and effective therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and assistive devices.
