Responsibility
- Assist registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care under supervision.
- Participate in clinical rotations across various hospital departments (e.g., emergency, pediatrics, geriatrics).
- Document patient vital signs, medical histories, and care plans accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and ethical nursing practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in patient interactions.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining medical records and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing diploma or degree program (proof of enrollment required).
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing principles.
