Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on Nissanâs latest vehicle models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight vehicle benefits and performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissanâs product portfolio, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and digital outreach initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach and a passion for automobiles.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
- Valid driverâs license with a clean driving record.
