Responsibility
- Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying the identity of visitors and employees during night shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols of the office and surrounding areas to detect and deter suspicious activities.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure full coverage of the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established protocols and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities, including incidents, visitor records, and patrol observations.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Inspect and secure all entry and exit points, including doors, windows, and gates, at the end of each shift.
- Provide assistance to employees or visitors in case of emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security (e.g., SATPOL PP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably in night shift roles.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Familiarity with security equipment, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
