Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable network and server infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform regular system backups, security patches, and software updates.
- Manage firewall configurations, VPNs, and cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new hardware and software solutions.
- Provide technical support and documentation for internal system processes.
- Optimize system configurations for better efficiency and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in network administration or system engineering.
- Proficiency in routing, switching, and firewall management (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
