You will be responsible for translating complex technical requirements into clear, codifiable design documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and long-term stability for our end users. Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize core IT network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of network projects, from initial scoping to final deployment.
- Codify and document implementation designs to create comprehensive records for end-user support and troubleshooting.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect organizational assets.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements for critical hardware and software components.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in network administration or a similar engineering role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and standard routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with enterprise-level network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba).
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to translate technical designs into user-friendly guides.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly advantageous.
