Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons tailored to various student proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive curriculum materials, assessments, and lesson plans that align with international educational standards.
- Utilize diverse instructional strategies and educational technology to cater to different learning styles.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate cross-disciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievement and developmental milestones.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or private school setting.
- Recognized teaching certification or credentials (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to break down complex mathematical concepts for diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and adaptable teaching style.
- Proficiency in modern digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to relocate to Jambi and immerse yourself in the local educational culture.
