Responsibility
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned locations (retail stores, restaurants, hotels, etc.) as a regular customer.
- Evaluate service quality, staff behavior, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Document detailed observations using provided checklists or digital tools.
- Submit accurate, unbiased reports within specified deadlines.
- Assess product knowledge, upselling techniques, and problem-resolution skills of staff.
- Photograph or record evidence (where permitted) to support evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback to help businesses improve their operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong observational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for data entry.
- Excellent communication skills for writing clear, objective reports.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Resident of or familiar with Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
