Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for motorcycle spare parts in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, workshops, and retail clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives.
  • Provide product training and technical support to clients to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with motorcycle spare parts, components, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
