Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance on motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and other standard servicing tasks.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, services, and parts replacements for tracking and accountability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize repair tasks based on urgency and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workshop standards at all times.
- Provide recommendations for parts replacements or upgrades to improve vehicle longevity and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of repairs and maintenance work.
- In-depth knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and general mechanics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and workshop equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English (basic) to interact with team members and management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
