Responsibility
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods within assigned areas in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) on time and in excellent condition.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure prompt deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and any issues encountered.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including professional communication with clients and recipients.
- Inspect and maintain your motorcycle to ensure it is in safe, operational condition at all times.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions securely and accurately when required.
- Report any delivery delays, accidents, or customer complaints to the dispatch team immediately.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle license) and a well-maintained motorcycle.
- Minimum age of 21 years old with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, especially the target areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.), is a strong advantage.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) and delivery tracking systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.
