Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate accurate and timely reports for management review.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automate workflows where possible.
- Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the training and support of end-users on MIS tools and applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar MIS or data analysis role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
