Responsibility
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (APIs, REST/SOAP, MID Server) for seamless data flow.
- Optimize workflows, automation, and UI/UX to enhance user productivity and experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, web services).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for effective collaboration with global teams.
