Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of field officers to achieve business growth targets and portfolio quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand microfinance services in assigned regions.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, challenges, and action plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of microfinance operations, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions in Bali.
