Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and merchant growth? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven Merchant Success Executive to support the expansion of Buku Warung in the Majalengka region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping local businesses digitize their operations and succeed through our innovative financial platform.

We are looking for a field-oriented professional who excels in relationship management, merchant acquisition, and achieving sales targets. Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new merchants within the designated Majalengka territory to join the Buku Warung ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Educate merchants on product features, digital bookkeeping, and financial tools to drive platform engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly merchant acquisition and retention targets.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, competitor insights, and merchant feedback to the management team.
  • Resolve merchant issues efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for product-related queries.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
  • Proven professional experience in Sales, FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a reliable personal motorcycle.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Majalengka.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to spend the majority of work hours in the field (mobile role).
