Staffinc Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Merchant Success Executive to join our expanding team in Bali. In this critical field-based role, you will be the driving force behind growing our merchant network by onboarding micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM) and facilitating the installation and adoption of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) payment terminals. As a Merchant Success Executive, you will act as a trusted partner to local business owners, helping them transition into the modern digital economy. You will actively identify high-potential leads, pitch the value proposition of our state-of-the-art EDC merchant solutions, and manage the end-to-end onboarding process. Your success will directly impact local merchants by enabling them to accept cashless payments seamlessly, thereby boosting their sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Identify, target, and acquire new MSME (UMKM) merchants in the Bali region for EDC terminal acquisition.
- Conduct direct field visits to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local business owners.
- Manage the complete onboarding cycle, including document collection, merchant verification, and EDC device setup.
- Educate merchants on how to use the EDC terminals, troubleshoot initial issues, and promote cashless payment benefits.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with active merchants to ensure high device retention and transaction volume.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets set by management.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitive analysis, and sales reports to the team leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Associate Degree (D3) in any discipline; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, direct sales, or business development (preferably in Fintech, Banking, or EDC sales).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse merchant segments.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with intensive outdoor/field activities.
- Familiarity with the Bali geography and local business landscape.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and active personal motorcycle for daily field travel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
