Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to shape the e-commerce landscape in Bali while working with a diverse and innovative team. This contract position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 20,000,000 - IDR 30,000,000 per month, along with the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of merchant relations specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant operations, governance, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align merchant relations with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the Akulaku ecosystem.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and merchant relations, applying insights to enhance team performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on merchant relations activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchant relations, e-commerce, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, merchant operations, and governance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools for merchant relations management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
