We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bandung. As a Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product availability, visibility, and optimal display in retail outlets, directly influencing brand performance and consumer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies at the store level, maintaining strong relationships with outlet managers, and monitoring stock movement to prevent out-of-stocks. Responsibility
- Ensure all products are well-displayed and comply with company planogram standards at every outlet.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels on retail shelves to prevent lost sales due to out-of-stocks.
- Execute promotional activities and product displays according to the marketing calendar.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with store managers and outlet staff.
- Regularly audit product expiry dates and ensure the implementation of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
- Collect and report field data, including competitor activities, pricing, and stock status to the sales team.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and merchandising coverage for the Bandung area.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Promotion, or in a similar retail field, preferably in FMCG or Pharma.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with outlet stakeholders.
- Proficient in using mobile reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have a personal vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Reside in or willing to be stationed in Bandung.
