Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to achieve sales and profit targets for luxury beauty brands.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to optimize product assortments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Lead visual merchandising initiatives to enhance in-store and online customer experiences.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and merchandising KPIs.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the luxury beauty or retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
