Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems for construction projects.
- Review and approve MEPF shop drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and progress of MEPF installations.
- Ensure all MEPF systems adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source high-quality MEPF materials and equipment within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and on-site teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEPF coordination, preferably in construction or property development.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEPF design and drafting software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
