Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical products in the assigned Bali region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government health departments (Dinkes), social services (Dinsos), public hospitals, and private healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our medical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
