As a Medical Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Combipharâs ethical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. Youâll leverage your scientific knowledge and sales expertise to educate HCPs on the benefits of our products, ensuring they are prescribed and recommended to patients. Responsibility
- Promote and sell Combipharâs ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as doctors, pharmacists, and clinics in Bali.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to HCPs, highlighting the benefits and clinical advantages of Combipharâs products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the ethical pharmaceutical market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Adhere to ethical standards and compliance guidelines in all interactions with HCPs and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with ethical products.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and the healthcare industry in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas.
