Responsibility
- Educate and train healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, on the features, benefits, and proper use of Bionime’s medical products and devices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals across Bali to drive adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for product promotion and market penetration in targeted regions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent Bionime and build brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in medical technology to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Nursing (Diabetes Educator), or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related role, with preference given to candidates with experience in medical product sales, training, or clinical support.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare products, with the ability to explain technical details clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
