Responsibility
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment upon arrival.
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and patient flow.
- Facilitate the patient intake process, including accurate registration and verification of medical records.
- Provide clear billing assistance and explain payment options with transparency and professionalism.
- Liaise between patients and medical staff to ensure specific needs and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain patient records with strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in the resolution of patient feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support general front-desk operations to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the medical center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical front-desk, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA/Data Privacy compliance).
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
