Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate M&E systems seamlessly.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for M&E-related tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify system performance and adherence to design plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software for M&E systems.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is advantageous.
