Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in production facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to ensure continuous production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions for enhanced productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including technical drawings, maintenance logs, and reports.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of new projects, including the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably in the food production or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools for design and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
