Responsibility
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with creators and agencies within the MCN ecosystem.
- Support the development and execution of content strategies to optimize creator performance and engagement.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Help organize and participate in creator events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the MCN team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with data analysis tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
