Responsibility
- Lead the development and curation of high-quality math content aligned with global educational standards and AI-driven learning methodologies.
- Design interactive and adaptive math modules that leverage AI to personalize learning paths for students of varying skill levels.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and educators to integrate learning science principles into content creation.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze user data to identify gaps in math education and develop targeted solutions.
- Oversee the editorial and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement in all math-related materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in EdTech, AI, and math pedagogy to continuously innovate content strategies.
- Mentor and guide a team of content creators and subject matter experts to maintain consistency and excellence in output.
- Work closely with product teams to translate educational goals into technical specifications for platform development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in EdTech are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in math curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content leadership.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in education and how adaptive learning technologies can enhance math instruction.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to content improvement.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex math concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.
