Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and goods according to company procedures and quality standards
- Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations using inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or internal distribution, ensuring proper documentation and labeling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material availability and support production schedules
- Perform regular warehouse organization and housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing warehouse duties
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software
- Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems) and ability to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
