Responsibility
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all marketplace platforms, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and validate marketplace listings, pricing, and inventory to maintain data consistency and reliability.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer support) to resolve data discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data entry, marketplace administration, or a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools (e.g., SQL, CRM systems).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in high-volume data environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak) is a plus.
