Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms to optimize ROI.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials, to engage target audiences.
- Manage and grow the company's online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is a plus.
