Responsibility
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to assess eligibility and market potential.
- Perform on-site and digital surveys to verify customer and dealer information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, customer insights, and verification findings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on verification results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all verification processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer verification and reporting.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on verification best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer verification, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing verification processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
