Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the entire factory sales process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
- Verify and validate purchase orders to align with company policies and client requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to generate and process invoices and shipping documents promptly.
- Monitor and track order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders and shipments.
- Prepare and present sales and operational reports to senior management for decision-making.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
