Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost electronics product sales and brand visibility in Bali.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of marketing executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electronics retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align local strategies with national objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in electronics or financial services.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
