Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee brand consistency, messaging, and creative assets to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to drive measurable results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep CommSec ahead of the competition.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and working in a flexible environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing).
