Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
